Online Sessions

Reiki sessions online may seem counter-intuitive in missing the physical component, but they are just as powerful in a different way.

With an online session, more time is spent on cultivating exercises for self-practice after the remote Reiki session.

The mechanism behind why remote healing works is not fully understood but can be thought of as tuning into the more vibrational aspects of Reiki.

There is scientific consensus around the concept of energy fields which are generated around a charged particle.

So an electromagnetic field is generated by electrically charged objects. The Heart-Math Institute is one organisation that has studied research showing that the human heart generates an electromagnetic field that is 60 times more powerful than that of the brain.

So in a remote session, the Reiki practitioner is tuning into the client’s energy field and then channelling energy to that field.

The sessions can leave some people simply feeling relaxed and peaceful, while others can experience emotional shifts, feelings of release, and/or a sense of clarity around a previously troubling issue.

What Everyone Should Know About Energy Healing

Initial Assessment

After filling out an intake form and discussing it, the client is advised to find a quiet place to relax undisturbed for 40 minutes or so (depending on the session and individual needs).

Following the session, another 30 minutes is spent on debriefing the client on the energetic impressions and messages given and received, as well as any insights that may have come to the client during that time.

Together we then work on exercises that the client should find helpful going forward in maintaining an energy routine that supports the client.

Initial Assessment: £100/100 minutes

Follow-Up Session

(for returning clients)

As with most anything, greater results are often seen after a series of sessions, which will have a cumulative effect.

Follow-up sessions follow a similar format to the Initial Assessment; we have a 10 minute consultation to start, followed by the energetic portion of the session for 30 minutes, followed by a debrief for the remaining time.

Session: £65/60minutes

Reiki Online 90

(for returning clients)
A 90 minute Reiki session for those clients working with ongoing issues or situations, and who would like continued/regular support with a slightly longer session.

Follow-up sessions follow a similar format to the Initial Assessment; we have a 20 minute consultation to start, followed by the energetic portion of the session for 45 minutes, followed by a debrief for the remaining time.

Session: £90/90minutes

MORE ABOUT THE SESSIONS/TREATMENTS:

What the body feels and what the mind thinks are inextricably linked, and yet we give one supremacy over the other. In our busy, fast-paced, modern lives, we lose contact with the connection we had with our bodies as babies.

Our bodies are a fundamental part of who we are, and they contain wisdom as well as the key to truly understanding ourselves. When we can properly inhabit our bodies, we can understand how to use our bodies as our greatest resource, and we are then able to meet life with greater capacity. Our ability to self-regulate and make sound decisions is enhanced the more our bodies and minds are synchronised.

That frequency is different for everyone, but one we can each find in a variety of ways, including through Reiki. By combining aromatherapy, and where appropriate, guided visualisations, breath work and/or somatic exercises, it is my intention to help clients tune in to their unique frequency.

This allows for authenticity to flow and frees up energy for more resiliency in absorbing the highs and lows of daily living. Find your frequency, master your life.

Working with Joli feels like she is helping me create a road map to myself, helping to show me my strengths, highlighting which areas need to be approached with care, and showing me the ‘tool kits’ I have available in harder times.
