After years of offering Reiki and astrology consultations, I wanted to find a way to bridge the insights emerging in sessions with real, lasting transformation for my clients. That desire led me to Joanna Lindenbaum's Sacred Depths Practitioner training at the Applied Depths Institute, which I completed in 2022.

The training deepened my skills in energetics, deep listening, and the distinction between breakthrough and transformation — giving me a richer framework for helping clients move from awareness into meaningful change.

Working with a coach myself showed me how valuable it is to be held in a heart-centred space by someone who can ask the right questions at the right moment. That experience shapes how I work with every client.
